
Cattle Car Bar. A man dies. He owns a most intriguing bar southwest of the Union Yards in Chicago, an a place called Back of the Yards. It is a cattle world, and his daughter ends up with the Cattle Car Bar (CCB). What the man had in mind when he bought, and what happened while he owned it, become his legacy, and those who knew and loved him, now, have to deal with his daughter. He is a popular man, and the year is 1955. The Mob is involved, and some intruder drug people are involved along with the police, and men of the yard, those of the rails and many more. It is a poignant story with intrigue, a great chase, a blast at the end, and a romance between the girl who inherits the bar and the man fixing the sign outside.
