Closed Door 1943 involves a group of people from around the world who get together in 1943 to try to end World War II.  In order to do so, the group contracts to have a Flower-Class ship built to convey them, in secrecy, in an odd convoy to a South Pacific island.  The ship has a one-way mission, and those participating will leave the island by other means once business has been conducted.  Do they succeed in shortening the war?  Is their collective effort contributory and well-meaning.  What happens to the ship, and what happens to war?  Read and find out.
