Save Stalin involves two retired Intelligence agents, now married, but formerly, during World War II, opposing operatives.  Eventually, they became sexually and emotionally involved, and married after the War.  During the conflict, both were contacted by a representative of the Empress of Cadiz, an ancient society.  The object of a newly designed mission was to save Stalin, either his person, his secret papers or both.  They were able to save Stalin, but not in the normal sense.  Also a by-product of 22TANGO, this novella can be considered a part of The Kings Without. a planned 5-volume work on the Empress of Cadiz society...one thing often leads to another in this world.
