Green Light. Years ago, when I was a kid, I went to the movies with my mother and saw a very funny movie called "Tight Little Island."  It involved the grounding of a ship full of whisky off the Scottish coast.  When the adjusters arrived to assess the damage, all the whiskey was gone and only the ship remained.  This set off a police action to locate the whiskey which, of course, was hidden everywhere by those who liked and saw the merits to whiskey, as many of us, who are not Scottish, agree upon.  This is the story of a planet always shows up as "Green" or all clear on the Intergalactic Control Panel for Maintenance Issues.  It is very strange to those in charge that nothing ever burns out, turns off, stops running or otherwise causes yellow or red fluctuations in the control panel...that is not normal.  Everything needs a maintenance call once in a while.  One of the major movers in the intergalactic organization sends his spoiled, good-for-nothing son, known for his inability to do anything but be lazy, to find out what is going on.   Learn why the light is always green, and enjoy happens when the errant son arrives.  It is fun.
